A.B. Data Coronavirus Business Continuity Plan

UPDATE – March 24, 2020: Many states have begun implementing stricter quarantine measures for people to stay at home to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Only ‘critical’ businesses are allowed to have their staff continue traveling to and from work under these orders. A.B. Data is considered a critical business.

Therefore, our offices will remain open and operational across all facilities. All A.B. Data offices remain fully staffed with either remote or onsite workers and have not had any incidents involving COVID-19 to date. Should our Milwaukee print site have to be quarantined, we have back up printing and mailing facilities in Scottsdale, Arizona that are ready to operate. As of now, we anticipate ongoing continuity of business and no interruptions in our services.

All A.B. Data offices are taking precautions to protect the health and safety of our staff. All employees whose job functions allow are working from home, and we are implementing CDC guidance for proper social distancing, cleaning, and sanitizing in office.

Thank you for your confidence in A.B. Data as we navigate during these challenging times. Our utmost concern is the health of our employees and clients. We remain committed to providing the best service possible to our valued clients.

As the impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to affect us all, we want to extend our best wishes for you, your colleagues’, and your families’ health and safety. As you would imagine, the safety of our clients, friends, and our own staff is paramount during these unprecedented times.

A.B. Data will continue to operate as usual while we closely monitor this developing situation. Our obligation to providing uninterrupted service to our clients is critical, and as such, we have implemented policies to ensure we continue to meet our case milestones, deadlines, and core business objectives. We have carefully developed secure procedures and contingency plans for staff who will operate remotely to ensure the safety of themselves, their coworkers, and their families. In addition, any staff members who seem sick or display flu-like symptoms are being asked to stay at home and all meetings will be conducted virtually through video conferences.

As always, we remain mindful of the sensitivity of our stored data and the intricacies of our ongoing operations. Any staff members working remotely will have their operating systems and data strictly secured, meeting the same standards we normally uphold in our usual office environment. Additionally, we have back up printing and mailing facilities in Scottsdale, Arizona that are ready to operate in the event that our primary Milwaukee facilities face a quarantine situation.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us with any questions or concerns you may have. We will be in touch regarding any new developments over the coming weeks. We remain committed to seeing our clients through during this challenging time and are available to assist and answer your questions or concerns as they arise.
